1. Acceptance

By accessing foodoga.in or placing an order with Foodoga, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for representation only.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acknowledgement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud). In such a case, payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All online transactions are encrypted and we do not store your card details.

5. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@foodoga.in of any unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logo, brand name "Foodoga", text, images, product descriptions, design — is owned by or licensed to Foodoga and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Foodoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
