Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by writing to hello@foodoga.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 76610 47740. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Because most of our products are perishable food ingredients (chocolates, premixes, dairy, etc.), we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, leaking, expired or visibly tampered with
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is missing from the parcel
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the product and outer packaging. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
3. How to Raise a Claim
Email hello@foodoga.in or WhatsApp +91 76610 47740 with your order ID, photos and a short description. Our team reviews each claim within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Products without original packaging
- Bakeware, packaging and tools after use
- Items on clearance or marked "final sale"
6. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept, the order value (minus shipping and reverse logistics) will be refunded.
