Shipping Policy

1. Serviceable Areas
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Same-day and next-day delivery is available within Pune city limits for orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Pune (same/next day): within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Maharashtra (excluding Pune): 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
These are estimates; actual times may vary due to courier load, weather or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (within Pune)
- Standard delivery: ₹49–₹149 depending on weight and distance
- Bulky / wholesale orders: quoted separately by our team
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link on WhatsApp / SMS / email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order ID.
5. Packaging
Temperature-sensitive products (chocolate, dairy) are packed with food-safe insulation. In peak summer we may add ice packs at no extra cost. Despite best efforts, slight cosmetic softening can occur in transit — this does not affect product quality.
6. Failed / Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the promised window, contact us at hello@foodoga.in or WhatsApp +91 76610 47740 and we will follow up with the courier immediately.
